There are many new happenings at Curves, including new hours, new activities, and new decor.
New Hours
Monday & Wednesday: 6:45 a.m.-2:00 p.m. & 4:00-8:00 p.m.
Tuesday & Thursday: 6:45 a.m.-12:00 p.m. & 4:00-8:00 p.m.
Friday: 6:45 a.m.-2:00 p.m. & 4:00-7:00 p.m.
Saturday: 8:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.
1st & 3rd Sundays: 10:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. (2nd & 4th at Expo Curves by Montgomery Mall)
As always, remember to arrive 30 minutes prior to closing.

I want the 'diet' Symphony brownie's recipe. The one with 200 calories per bite!Come on Connie give up your secret recipe!
ReplyDeleteI agree, we need brownies. But the salsa looks great and I'll try it too. Glad you guys are still around. love the Curves atmosphere especially here in Bethesda.

ReplyDeleteThe Symphony brownies are so ridiculously simple to make it doesn't even count as baking, which is my kind of recipe. Mix up a box of brownie mix per instructions. Pour half of the batter into a 13" x 9" pan. Place 3 Symphony chocolate bars on top(the recipe called for the regular chocolate ones, but I've also used the toffee almond ones and they are just as delicious so long as no one is allergic to almonds) -- you may need to break up the 3rd bar in order to make room for it in the pan -- then pour in the rest of the batter, spread the batter so that the Symphony bars are covered, and bake per the box instructions. There will be no "Unfinished Symphony" when you serve them! You will, however, need to exercise at Curves 5 days in a row to work off one brownie.
P.S. Shoppers Food Warehouse always seems to have Symphony bars on sale, 2/$3.
